Adi Sucipto Airport, Jogja

We touched down at Adi Sucipto Airport Jogja earlier than 1.30p.m. Tapi, macam biasalah kena queue panjang for Kastam Checking jer dah makan masa half an hour. So, +/- pukul 2 ptg macam tu baru lah dapat lepas. Rupa nye our guide already waited for us… si gagah & si keding. He introduced Himself as Pak Budi and the other one, Mas Ismail (katanye assistant Pak Budi masa aku tanye). Masa tu hujan sangat lebat, so, kita orang terus follow Pak Budi terus ke Van and started our first journey to Prambanan. Rata-rata muka semua dah risau sebab tengok hujan makin lebat.

It took around half an hour to reach there. Masa tu, tak nampak lagi the real of Pak Budi sampai lah kami sampai di Prambanan. Bermulalah kisah bapa Tiri dan anak-anak nye…. Waduhh. Pak Budi not so fluent in Bahasa tapi Jowo dia memang tahap advance lah… b'cos of that, sepanjang 2 days trip kami, dia speaking omputeh. Alhamdulillah, understandable english.

Alhamdulillah... Safely arrived

Inilah keadaan hujan di Prambanan semasa kami sampai

Dari entrance point berjalan to Prambanan temple mengambil masa lebih kurang 15min. Tapi depends juga lah kalu banyak stop amek gambo memang lambat lagi lah sampai. Macam aku yang first time and jakun ni memang banyak stop lah… and this is one of the reason yang buat Pak Budi anginnn sangat. Lagilah masa ni Hujan, so, perjalanan pun agak terbatas lah.

Entrance to Candi Siva

Kena pakai safety helmet... procedure to get into Candi Siva

Memang tak dinafikan, Pak Budi is a good guide in term of Knowlegde about Historical places in Jogja but the way he treated us… serius macam anak-anak kecik yang perlu penjagaan rapi. Tensionnn sangat. Tak banyak yang aku dapat abadikan di Prambanan sebab masa ni Hujan & limited skit nak amek gambo. Tak habis-habis dengan ayat dia “Come on Ladies, we don’t have time”. Come on Pak Budi, we just arrived, at least give us some time to see & capture the memories here.

Aku ingat lagi masa aku duk sibuk-sibuk amek photo kat Prambanan, dia cakap “I will give you time after this Prambanan tour to take photos”. OK, aku percaya cakap dia, so, aku pon amek apa yang aku sempat jelah. Then, after habis jer citer dongeng dia, masa yang dia kasi Cuma tak sampai 5 minute amek photo and group photo kat depan Prambanan temple. That’s it. Fuhh… memang bengang plus geram juga lah. So, memang tak banyak lah photo yang aku dapat amek sebab nak setting camera aku jer dah ambil masa… lagilah masih gerimis.

Ok, forget about Pak Budi. Let’s learn something about this place.

Candi Siva... The biggest among other Candi at Prambanan

According to Pak Budi... these are called as Ratna

Untuk pengetahuan lebih lanjut pasal Candi Prambanan ni, you may refer to Wikipedia for Malay, English or Indon ...sebab aku tak minat nak tahu cerita lebih lanjut… hehehe.

First Sandal introduced during this time :-)

Ni tak tahu citer pasal apa

Setiap ukiran tersirat cerita disebalik nye

Tengah tengok project site ke cik Kak... kusyuk sungguh

Kami telah mengambil langkah berani untuk mengabaikan Pak Budi sebentar pada masa ini... hehehe

We ended the tour around 3.45 pm. And then we proceed to our next destination, Kota Gede Silver craft tanpa sempat shopping around Prambanan area. Cuci mata jelah sebab masa ni Pak Budi dah bising-bising dengan kami.

Trans East Java GGK

Jogja-Surabaya-Ijen-Bromo

The idea of visiting Mt. Bromo & Ijen come about one year ago. Luckily, I managed to book a low fare from AirAsia… emmhh... not really a low fares after they already included the fuel surcharge and the tax. Pandai sungguh ek AA ni, slowly they increase their flight cost. Now, no more air ticket less than RM100 for return if including all cost. But somehow, still our choice of flight since still cheaper compare to MAS…hehehe. We got RM17 (KL-Yogja) & RM22 (Surabaya-KL), total of RM216 per pax (after included luggage, tax, insurance and convenience fee). Perhaps a good offer, for a year ahead.

I decided to take a ground package from BromoTouring after several surveys. The most compelling itinerary and the cheapest (within budget) become my preferable… after considering other people’s budget in my group.

Initial plan nak buat backpackers jer tapi memandang kan yang pegi masa tu agak ramai dalam 12 pax (2 orang tarik diri last minute sebab sorang ade exam & sorang lagi nak kahwin plak) and mostly ladies, so, rase nye pakai package lagi worth it kot sebab senang & mudah. Tak payah nak fikir-fikir and transport memang dah sedia ade.

Our Transport for 5D 4N trip
"Spacious, Comfortable & OK"... feedback from orang yang duduk depan... hehehe

Also, can fit in 10 persons baggage plus other things too

Aku takde lah recommended sangat tour agent ni (reason nye... I will story on my next entry) tapi kalu korang budget memang sesuai sangat lah amek sebab ni yg paling murah aku dapat compare to yg lain. Beza harga yang buat jadi mahal type of Hotel and foods. That’s why kita orang exclude Lunch & dinner. So, kalu trip korang adventure tak perlu lah tido kat hotel maha-mahal… cukup lah sekadar nak berehat sebentar for the next trip.

Plus, this was the only agent yang dapat memenuhi my requested itinerary (as per above) where other tour agent can't. I'm not promoting this tour agent but just in case you're interested to get quotation for Bromo & Ijen package (p/s: request Agus as your guide for both... really recommended).
